Malkin at Dounreay
Dounreay Site Restoration has appointed Andy Malkin as its new site programme manager. Malkin succeeds Alastair MacDonald, who is joining CH2MHILL to work on nuclear clean-up in the US.
US boss
Fuel cell company Intelligent Energy has appointed Murali (Lee) Arikara as head of its US operations. Arikara joined Intelligent Energy as vice- president of sales and business development in June.
Army life
BAE Systems has promoted Mark Signorelli to vice- president of army programmes at its Armament Systems division HQ in Minneapolis.
On track
Network Rail has appointed three new executive directors: Robin Gisby, director of operations and customer service; Simon Kirby, director of infrastructure investment; and Paul Plummer, director of planning and regulation.
Nissan role
Nissan has appointed Danny Griffiths as the human resources director of UK operations. The role encompasses responsibility for the Sunderland plant, research and development in Cranfield, design studio in west London and sales and marketing in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire.
Blanc retires
Gérard Blanc, chief operating officer and senior vice- president of operations for Alstom Transport, will retire at the end of October. Thierry Best and Emilio Gallocchio will be appointed senior vice-presidents.
